What is Meditation?
There are different types of meditation but almost all types involve calming the mind with breathing techniques to encourage oxygen flow in your body.
How long do I meditate?
Meditation can be anywhere between 5 minutes and 30 min. The saying goes 'the busier and less time you have to meditate, is the longer you should meditate'.
What if I always think during meditation?
Thoughts during meditation are normal. We have up to 70,000 thoughts per day so teaching the mind to relax takes some practice.
What is the cost of a learn to meditate class?
An introductory class can cost anywhere between $60-$100 per person depending on the additional self-care items available when you book. The introductory class is 1 1/2 hour long. The 2 day class starts at a $300 investment per person.
